Data Dictionary

This table highlights all fields that are available through the Crunchbase API and the Daily CSV Export.

Suggest Edits

The Data Dictionary can be used to look up the data field names and definitions of our different data points that can be accessed via our API and CSV offerings. It can also be used for comparing the differences between our API/CSV offerings and our Legacy CSV.

Definitions:

  • Name: The name of the data point as referred to on www.crunchbase.com
  • Data Field: The name of the datapoint in the API and in the CSV
  • Data Entity: The endpoint collection that the data point belongs to
  • API/CSV: As of July 2024, our API and CSV offerings have parity with one another, and their data fields are interchangeable.
  • Legacy CSV: Referring to our Bulk CSV export offering before July 2024. More information here
