You may only access or use Crunchbase data in accordance with the terms that apply to the specific Access Type defined on your Order Form (defined below) (the “Access Type Specifications”). This License Agreement hereby incorporates by reference the Crunchbase Data Access Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”, and, together with the License Agreement, the “Agreement”). All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the definitions provided in the Terms. By accessing or using the Crunchbase data in any way, you or the entity or company you represent (“you”, “your”, “Licensee”) agree to be bound by and are becoming a party to the Agreement. Crunchbase reserves the right in its sole discretion at any time (for any or no reason) without notice to you to change, suspend or discontinue the availability of the Crunchbase Materials (including, without limitation, Crunchbase data).
Crunchbase reserves the right in its sole discretion at any time (for any or no reason) without notice to you to suspend your access to the Crunchbase data or terminate your rights under this License Agreement to access, use and/or display the Crunchbase data. If Crunchbase terminates your rights under this License Agreement, your license to use the Crunchbase data as set forth under your Access Type immediately terminates and you must comply with all applicable expungement requirements.
Crunchbase may transfer or assign the Agreement without your consent.
